2025 Uniform Survey

In 2025, we launched a new uniform, which was co-created with colleague feedback.

We know a well-fitted, stylish, and practical uniform matters to you, and we re-introduced a smart blazer, which pairs nicely with the tailored shift dress or can be worn with a matching trouser or skirt as a formal suit or with chino options, as mixed separates.

Other improvements:

  • Chino skirt added to the range, offering both formal and casual skirt options.
  • Refreshed designs for the Polo tops and T-shirts.
  • New “stay fresh” fabric finish to blouses for better comfort (for menopause).
  • Introduced a non-leather vegan plaited belt, alongside traditional leather options.
  • Added more layering options, with new Blazers, Gilets and Half Zip Jersey Tops.
  • Included more cultural options, with a choice of turban colours/lengths.
